Our Wellness Program is an annual membership designed for non-insured patients at a reduced rate allowing complete, comprehensive dental care for one year.

The program is for cash paying patients and is broken into two categories based on the patients recommended hygiene necessity and interval.

As a membership benefit, patients also receive 20% off all other treatment needs.

Standard Prophylaxis

$595 Prepaid Membership

(Averages to $49 per month)

- Two Standard Cleanings
- Two Examinations
- Annual Radiographs
- Two Fluoride Treatments
- Annual Oral Cancer Screening

Periomaintenance

$995 Prepaid Membership

(Averages to $83 per month)

- Three to Four Periomaintenance Cleanings
- Two Examinations
- Annual Radiographs
- Two Fluoride Treatments
- Annual Oral Cancer Screening

Members receive:

Free consultations
20% off routine services. This includes, but is not limited to: Additional radiographs, additional cleanings, elective services such as teeth whitening and cosmetic restorations, implants, oral surgery, fillings, root canals, crowns, nightguards, and preventative services and products.
10% off Orthodontics and Botox Treatments.

*New patients incur a one-time $75 comprehensive fee in addition to the prepaid Wellness Program fee.
